What is Perfectly Reasonable Necessities about.

Hi everyone my name is Peter and I own and operate Perfectly Reasonable Necessities. There are a few things I like in life and they are my house and family my pooch Elska, and if you look closely in some of the Youtube Videos you'll spot her giving the project I am working on the site sniff of approval. I also really really enjoy making things, usually from wood but have just learned how to weld, so who knows what else will come along in my creative journey. So now you know who I am let's talk about what my aim of the site is. The aim is to attempt in a good old fashioned Aussie way to entertain and inform beginner to intermediate woodworking enthusiasts with our YouTube channel and social media posts.

I also really enjoy making stuff from wood so in that vein I like to show others what's possible and my way of doing things the best way I can. So, the next question is what do I do?

Well I do woodwork just the normal table and wooden boxes and the alike. I also have a very big love for CNC carving design and taking the designs I create from drawing to an actual unit. I enjoy making items of home decor and gifts for others that are unique and personalised and it's great to see people's faces when they give me an idea and I hand them a product at the end of the process.

I am not sure about others but I also like a good how to video or product review about an item that I am wanting to purchase. In that case I do tool reviews on my YouTube channel called perfectly reasonable necessities https://youtube.com/c/PerfectlyReasonableNecessities and I really enjoy getting the views and comments on Facebook or YouTube on what people think.

There are also items for general sale on the website as well and these are products I have made in the workshop and sell for a set price which usually covers material cost and helps runs things.
